Share & Earn
Invite friends to LaraCopilot with your referral link and earn bonus credits when they sign up and subscribe to a paid plan.
LaraCopilot rewards you for bringing other developers to the platform. Share your personal invite link — when a friend signs up they get a credit bonus to start building, and when they subscribe to a qualifying plan you get a bonus too.
Where to find it
Click Share & Earn at the bottom of the sidebar (the red gift icon). This opens a quick modal with your invite link and stats.

The Share & Earn entry only appears when the program is enabled. If you don't see it, the program may be turned off — contact support.
How it works
The Share & Earn page shows the three-step flow:
- Share your invite link with friends
- They sign up through your link and get a signup bonus credited to their team immediately
- You earn a conversion bonus when they subscribe to a qualifying plan
The exact credit amounts and the qualifying plan are shown on the Share & Earn page itself. Both invitee and inviter receive credits — it is not zero-sum.
Your invite link
Your invite link has the format:
https://<your-host>/invite/XXXXXXXXThe last segment is your unique 8-character referral code, generated automatically when you create your account. The code stays the same for the life of your account.
On the Share & Earn page you'll see:
- A QR code (with the LaraCopilot logo embedded) — useful for sharing in print or screen
- The full invite URL
- A Copy button — copies the link to your clipboard (you'll see a brief "Copied!" confirmation)
Share the link anywhere — email, chat, social media, your blog. There is no limit on how many people you can invite.
Tracking your referrals
The page shows two stats at the top:

Below the stats, the Referral history table lists each person you've referred:

If you have no referrals yet, the table is hidden — the page just shows your invite link and the "How it works" guide.
When credits arrive
- Invitee signup bonus — credited to the new user's team immediately on signup, as part of their first account setup.
- Your conversion bonus — credited to your team automatically when the invitee's subscription payment succeeds. This is driven by the Stripe webhook, so it lands within seconds of their plan activation.
There is no separate email notification for credit awards. Check the Credits page transaction history if you want to confirm a referral credit landed — it appears as a normal credit transaction with a referral description.
Credits are awarded to teams, not individuals. They land in the team you own at the time of the reward event. If you belong to multiple teams, the credits go to your personal team (the one created automatically when you registered).
Rules & limits
- One referral per person. Each user can only be referred once — the first valid invite link they use wins.
- No self-referrals. You can't use your own invite link to reward yourself.
- Conversion must be a qualifying plan. The signup bonus fires for any signup, but the conversion bonus only fires when the invitee subscribes to a plan at or above the qualifying tier. The qualifying plan is shown on the Share & Earn page.
- Invalid codes fail silently. If someone follows a malformed or unknown invite link, they're redirected to the regular signup page and no referral record is created.
Logged-in users cannot use an invite link. If you click someone else's invite link while already signed in, the link is ignored. To accept an invite, log out first — or open the link in a private/incognito window.
Terms & Conditions
Click View Terms and Conditions on the Share & Earn page to see the full referral programme T&Cs. The terms cover things like eligibility, reward caps (if any), and what happens if a referred account is later refunded or cancelled.
Troubleshooting
